NE license plates redux

Now, now.

I don't know if I am more disappointed that the previous design "won" or that they finally threw out CollegeHumor.com's votes and handpicked their own choice. I suppose it is better than having crap attached to my car, but since all of the designs were bad, I wish they would have just started over. I guess if they are going to go with one design, this is better than the rest.
