Grand Canyon Lightning Storm

For the few that have made comments to me that they would like to see some "nice" stuff, here are images of some cool lightning strikes I captured while visiting the Grand Canyon at sunset...

All of these are linked to larger details.

These are amazing. Are these with the G10?

I took some stereo experiments with the G10s, but these are all with the Nikon D300

Would you recommend the G10? I'm looking for something that takes somewhat professional quality photos without going over $500, I know, good luck. I'm not going to lug around my old print film Canon on the road either, although I'd love to. If you google the G10 you can find a photographer's article on an experiment he did with the G10 and some $40,000 camera. The result was that people generally scored 50% when trying to pick out the difference between 13"X"16" prints of the two cameras. That's what made me interested in that model. Do you have any "arty" pics of your own that you may be able to reference for me?

I actually have two (I am a freak). I like the G10. It takes great high res, high quality images. It shoots SD video, too. The only downfall is it isn't as small as many pocket cameras. That doesn't bother me, though. I found the cheapest price through Amazon. I think I got it for around $400. Found the second one on sale, then turned it into a stereo camera (see the earlier post). I can send all sorts of "arty" pics. Want some stereo cards? ;)

I have no idea what "stereo cards" are

hmmmm... I might have to send you some. But then it would be more crap for you to have to travel with. How's that Olympus, btw?
